Helping people develop and grow has always been a passion of mine.
While operating a 250-seater call center I started an academy, which trained some 60 learners each month. These courses were given free of charge for two reasons: firstly to give back to the community at large and, secondly, because I loved helping to shape people's outlook on life and teaching them how to self-motivate.
I have presented courses on all aspects of sales skills training within the numerous companies that I have either worked for or owned, as well as lecturing at a number of business schools to B Com students.
These courses included: - Selling Skills Basic and Advanced - Communication Styles - Communication Skills - Call Centre Outbound and Inbound - Handling of Objection - And Others

As Marketing Manager at SANLAM I was responsible for instituting various training and management programs for a substantial number of sales agents and branch managers, these courses resulted in record sales for the company.
But my pride and joy is a course I developed on Life Skills which I have found to have had the greatest impact on my learners. This course is normally integrated into one of the traditional sales skills course and is received with the utmost enthusiasm and the results remarkable!
This course includes subjects such as: - The Fallacy of Entitlement - Self Image - Getting to know yourself - Attitude - Circle of Life. - How to change, if change is needed - Setting Life Goals
